Return Policy

At Get3dprints.in, we specialize in creating high-quality customized 3D printed products. Since most of our items are personalized, please review our return policy carefully.
🔹 1. No Returns on Custom Orders
All customized or personalized products (such as name keychains, number plate keychains, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
📌 Please double-check:
- Name / text details
- Design selection
- Color choice
before placing your order.
🔹 2. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect (wrong design, color, or item)
👉 We will provide a free replacement.
📌 You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Outer packaging with shipping label visible
🔹 3. Conditions for Replacement
We will approve a replacement if:
✅ Product was damaged in transit
✅ Wrong product/design/color was delivered
We will NOT approve replacement if:
❌ Damage caused after delivery (misuse/handling)
❌ Incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong name/number etc.)
🔹 4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are provided only if replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Bank)
🔹 5. How to Request Return / Replacement
To request a replacement or refund, contact us with:

- Issue description
- Photos/videos as proof

🔹 6. COD Orders Policy
📌 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason,
we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders.
🔹 7. Important Note
Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in finish or color may occur.
These are normal and not considered defects.
