Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Get3dprints.in, we strive to provide high-quality customized products. Since most of our products are made-to-order, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
🔹 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or production has started, cancellation is not allowed.
👉 Since our products are customized/personalized, they are made specifically for you.
🔹 Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refund / Replacement
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from what was shown
📌 You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
🔹 Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after order
- Incorrect details provided by customer (e.g. wrong name/number for keychain etc.)
- Delay due to courier/shipping partner
- Customized/personalized products (unless defective)
🔹 Return Process
- To request a return/refund, contact us with:

- Clear photos/video of the product

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
🔹 Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund will be credited via original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Bank)
🔹 Replacement Policy
- If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of refund
- Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
🔹 Important Notes
- Slight variations in color/finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing
- We are not responsible for minor differences that do not affect functionality
